Yesterday I went to bed quite late, it was obvious that I will hardly wake up another morning (I am still going to school, so I have to get up early in order not to be late). Therefore, I thought I could spend few minutes for meditation. Don’t get me wrong, I do not meditate constantly nor try to do it, but I just love the feeling when there is noting in your mind, but just the sound of your breath. The most interesting thing is that this morning I woke up earlier than normally and felt better than ever.
